How long does it take to get my snacks? 

Once you place your order, please fill out the delivery instructions form that is linked on the order confirmation page. On the form, you will be able to specify your preferred delivery day of the week. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing your order.

 

So, for example, if you place the order on a Monday, for a preferred Tuesday delivery, your order will arrive the following week on Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday, for a preferred delivery of Thursday, since Thursday is 3 business days later, you will receive your order that same week on Thursday. Make sense?

Pick your stash size (Small, Medium, Large, or Kingpin). Choose it as a one-time purchase, or make your life easier (and way more delicious) by choosing a subscription, delivered weekly. On the order confirmation page, you will have the ability to provide us with delivery instructions and dietary preferences. In about 3 business days, we drop off fresh snacks directly to your office based on your preferred delivery day and time block that you tell us on the order confirmation form—no hassle, no contracts, just good vibes and good snacks. What’s this about cake? 

We also offer once-a-month birthday cake drops! Because no one should suffer through a birthday without frosting. This option is available to add to an existing snack drop order only.

 

Can I try it first? 

Absolutely. We offer one-time drop options so your crew can get a taste before going full hustle mode. Or, reach out and we can drop by with a little tiny taste, free of charge.

Can I customize my snacks? 

Totally. You can let us know if your team is Team Salty, Team Sweet, or somewhere in between. We aim to please. Each delivery will include a wide variety of different snack items, too, so you may find something new you like!

 

Are your products allergen friendly? 

We do our best to cater snack options to adhere to your dietary needs, but since the snacks are packaged at a multitude of factories, we unfortunately cannot 100% guarantee that any the snacks we supply will be completely free of any food allergies you may have. You can provide specifics on allergies and preferences on the form that displays on the confirmation page after submitting your order.

 

What if I want to skip a week? 

No prob. Just give us a heads-up no more than 3 days before your next delivery, and we’ll hit pause on your stash. 

 

How long are the goods, good? 

All snacks are individually packaged and shelf-stable—perfect for break rooms, desks, and emergency snacking situations. 

 

What if I have a subscription but I am ready to quit? 

We understand that sometimes it's necessary to quit an addiction, so we made it super easy. Contact us at any time to cancel, and we will end your subscription right away.
